Step 1) Open the Ncell Life app on your phone
Step 2) Click on the ‘Call History’ option visible on the home screen or in the Menu
Step 3) Select the date range for the required call details
Step 4) Click on ‘View’. You will receive an OTP on your mobile number
Step 5) Input the OTP in-app to view call details

The call history on the Ncell app provides the following:
- Date and time of calls made and received
- Respective mobile numbers
- Call duration and charges
- SMS sent & received along with charges
- Mobile internet usage and charges
The call log options also allow exporting details to email and sharing via other apps.

Step 1) Login to MyNTC app using your number

- Number of incoming/outgoing calls
- Call types – local, national long distance (NLD), international long distance (ISD)

- Data usage amount in MBs/GBs
- Itemized charges for calls, SMS and internet

- The Ncell app provides domestic and international call details clubbed together
- The MyNTC app gives a breakup for local, NLD and ISD calls made
- SMS details are available for the last 30 days on the Ncell app while MyNTC has a limit of 5 days
- Offline call details can be accessed without internet on the Ncell app
Deleting Call History
If users wish to delete their call data, below options are available:
Ncell App
- Call logs can be deleted one by one by swiping left on a specific entry
- The ‘Delete All’ button clears the entire call history data
MyNTC App
Currently, there is no option to delete usage details from the app
